Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental period will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the rental period will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Monsoon Holiday:
- In the rare event that we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, weather conditions, or other operational issues), customers will receive a full refund or an alternative booking option of equal value.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the above cancellation policy.
- Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- If a rental is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, a refund for the unused time will not be issued.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
- Customers will be notified once the refund has been successfully processed.
Modification Policy
- Rescheduling Bookings:
- Customers may request a change in their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period, subject to vehicle availability.
- Any price differences due to changes in rental duration or vehicle selection must be paid by the customer.
- Extension of Rental Period:
- If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to pick up the rented vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
